今週末は、アイ・オズモシスブログ担当の内田と、
カウンセラーの岩田が、単語数約200ワードで、New Years’ Resolution
の英文作品に挑戦しましたので、ご紹介します！
今日はアイ・オズモシスカウンセラー岩田の作品です！！
岩田さん一言お願いします！！
毎回エッセイを書くたびに、文法的な間違いはさることながら
内容の質の低さにがっかりします。今年は内容のある文を書けるようになりたいです。
My New Year Resolution ： Kentaro
It has been 8 months since I came to Mumbai. I have settled down now, although it took me quite a long time. I think that living in a foreign country for a year is not very different from traveling, and it is OK to spend the time for enjoyment; but if you’re going to stay abroad for more than a year, you should think about what you really went there for. So, from now on, I have decided to start traveling all over India and to learn English. This is my New Year resolution for 2010.
Even though I’m working for an English institute in India, my English skills need refinement. To work more effectively, I need to learn English. Besides, it will help me to meet new people and know more about Mumbai.
After coming to India, I have never traveled out of Mumbai since I have not had any interests in India so far. However, during my stay here, I have met many people and heard about other cities in India, and it has turned me on. Now, I often open a guide book and am always up for a trip.
Based on these resolutions, I will be able to know more about India and the Indian people. I am sure my life in India will be more enriched this year than in 2009.
